Employee Login Instructions

First Time Login

Your User ID is your Student Identification Number (A#). ID is case sensitive. You must use a capital "A". If you do not know your A#, use the A# lookup tool.

PIN is your six-digit birthday. Example: If your birthday is February 3, 1990 enter as 020390 (no spaces or characters).

Once you enter your six-digit birthday, you will be asked to create a new PIN. The PIN must be six numbers. Example: 123456

Next, you will be prompted to set up a security question. This is necessary in case you forget your PIN and need to reset. Please set up a security question and an answer you can remember. Example: What is your mother's maiden name? What city were you born in? etc.

Returning Employees

PIN is the number you created after your first login. It will be six numbers. If you have trouble remembering your PIN, please enter your ID in the User ID field, click on "Forgot PIN", and answer the security question. After three unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked and you will be unable to access the system.
